Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis addresses think tank ‘Kyklos Ideon’ and touts the merits of the Hellenic candidacy to UN’s Security Council for 2025/26.
During his address, the Greek Foreign Minister explained that adhering to principles and honoring our values remains the backbone of the Hellenic diplomacy. In this spirit, the Minister further highlighted Greek foreign policy’s consistency, a feature which cuts across all priorities and fields of action: “In all circumstances and crises, we apply a multifaceted, proactive foreign policy based on the principles of dialogue, diplomacy and democracy. We implement it in the case of Ukraine, in the Middle East, wherever a crisis has occurred, as well as in the European family”.
