At the UN Security Council briefing on the question concerning Haiti (BINUH renewal), Greece:
↪ Welcomed BINUH’s mandate renewal and reiterated its support to the Mission and the Special Representative of the Secretary General in Haiti.
↪ Underlined that BINUH’s good offices, support to national authorities and coordination with regional stakeholders, UNSOH and the GSF, can contribute significantly to the stabilization and smooth political transition of Haiti.
