↪ Condemned in the strongest terms the deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian and critical infrastructure, as a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

↪ Welcomed the recent visit of the UN Special Representative of the Secretary General for Children in Armed Conflict (SRSG/CAAC) to Kyiv and called on Russia to ensure the safe and unconditional return of the deported and forcibly transferred Ukrainian children.

↪ Called for a full ceasefire, as a necessary first step towards a comprehensive, just and lasting peace.
