At today’s UNSC meeting on the situation in the Middle East (UNIFIL / UNDOF), PR of Greece, Ambassador Evangelos Sekeris:
➡ Saluted the peacekeepers’ loyalty, devotion & commitment to the restoration of peace & security, both in Lebanon and Syria.
➡ Highlighted that both UNIFIL & UNDOF constitute a collective investment in regional peace, security & stability.
➡ Called on all parties to refrain from any actions putting the Blue Helmets deployed in Lebanon and Syria in danger.
