Achieving Sustainable Employment -It’s hard work

On December 9th, Greek Labour Minister Niki Kerameus met with International Labour Organization (ILO)’s Special Representative to the United Nations, Cynthia Samuel-Olonjuwon and discussed Greece’s remarkable progress in advancing decent working conditions. Over the past years, Greece has managed to achieve wage increases, while successfully promoting skill development among its citizens. The ILO Office for the United Nations argued that stalwart partnerships have been built, which bring humanity a step closer to effectively promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all (Sustainable Development Goal 8).
