At today’s UN Security Council briefing on Syria, Greece:
↪ repeated its strong condemnation of the recent outbreak of violence in Suweida and called for the attribution of accountability
↪ underlined its support for a fully inclusive political transition, in line with the principles of UN Security Council Resolution 2254
↪ expressed its commitment to providing those in need with humanitarian assistance and contributing effectively to Syria’s reconstruction
↪ called for the respect for international law, including the international law of the sea, a key prerequisite for Syria’s successful integration in the international community
